(In order of appearance)

Tommy

Tommy will always be a kid at heart. He loves his family and people in general. He believes in the good in everyone. He is eternally optimistic and wants to make the best of every situation. He walks the walk. He has the confidence of someone who can back up what they say but is humble by nature. We first meet him around the age of 16 and follow him through to 50.

Scene 1 – Adolescent, tall 6 ft, thin frame, brown hair, thick wavy, parted down the middle reaching down to the back of the neck.

Scene 2 through 6 -Young adult (from the ages of 20 to 35) the build has become more athletic, He is now sporting a full moustache.

Scene 7 through 14 –Adult (from the ages of 35 to 50) the physique remains. The full head of hair is now shaved down to a 1/8 buzz cut, the moustache gone.

Tommy’s Mom

Tommy’s mom is an educated, confident woman. She held down a career and served as president of a charitable organization. She loves her family and relatives and is especially proud of her boys.

Scene 1 – 40ish attractive Brunette. Shoulder length hair.

Scene 6 –Mid 50’s well maintained. Hair, now more salt and pepper.

Scene 12 –Mid 70’s in good health, grey hair

Allan

Scene 2– We meet Allan in university He is in his early 20’s 6 ft athletic build. Curly brown hair kept neat. Allan is smart and confident. Allan and Tommy shared in many of their teenage and University experiences. He is highly motivated scholastically, professionally and athletically (if only his body would hold up). The type to be voted “most likely to succeed”.

Julie

Scene 3– We meet Julie in University. She is 20 ish a quiet girl studious and reserved. They met through school and it was always a platonic relationship. She is an average looking brunette who would blend in to a crowd.

Jerry

Scene 3 and 5– Jerry is a lifelong friend of Tommy’s. Jerry appears in the university scene and again 15 years later after the death of Allison’s father. Jerry is a charmer. Good looking, a true romantic and an adventurer. He has that mischievous sparkle in his eye. He is just under 6 ft athletic build.

Lillian

Scene 3– Lillian is a long-time friend of both Allison and Jerry. We meet her in university. She is a big girl, tall, stout, big smile, big laugh, booming voice. She is boisterous and playful.

Allison

Scene 4 to 14 – We meet Allison (Ali) in University and follow her for 30 years. Allison is genuine and sincere. She is naïve and exudes innocence but has the skills and confidence to jump in and take charge when the situation calls for it. She is very giving. Allison is a loving wife and mother and a proud and respected health care professional. She is 5ft 4, petite, athletic build. She has brown hair, straight ish, parted in the middle tucked back behind the ears falling to mid back. She has beautiful big brown eyes.

Joan

Scene 5 –Joan is a lifelong friend of Allison’s. We meet her in her 30’s. Joan looks before she leaps. She is calculated in her decision making. When she chooses to do something she is very passionate and commits herself fully. Joan is a statuesque 5ft 8 Brunette with long straight hair. She has an athletic build and prides herself on her professional and athletic accomplishments.

Tommy’s Dad

Scene 6 –Tommy’s dad is a man of few words. A quiet leader, he raised his boys with strong values with regard to personal and professional conduct. He is 6ft, looks like Tommy’s heavier and balding.

Catherine

Scene 8, 10 and 14-Catherine (Cat) is Allison and Tommy’s eldest daughter. We meet her in her early 20’s she is serious but yet playful, loving and caring. Catherine possesses the confidence of someone who has excelled scholastically and athletically. She is 5ft 8 tall athletic, Brunette.

Bethany

Scene 8. 10 and 14 –Bethany (Beth) is Allison and Tommy’s younger daughter. She is insightful and sensitive but tries to keep up a very laisser faire front. She has a master plan and knows what she wants from life. She is 5ft 6 has a petite build and straight brown hair.

Ian

Scene 11-Ian and Tommy became friends after University and consider themselves as brothers. Ian is highly educated and enlightened. He is equally at ease leading a team as project manager or spouting philosophy. He is also very fit and athletics provides the cornerstone to their relationship. Ian is a distinguished looking black man, just under 6ft tall. Fit, shaved head.
